Re: View unread posts (View posts since last visit in phpbb2)

FYI, this mod:
http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 0&t=550149
seems to work very well. I just installed it for RC4 and it does basically what I wanted.

Re: View unread posts (View posts since last visit in phpbb2)

So, it looks like a few people have asked this question (me as well): http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=573010&p=3151649 http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=544387&p=2982473 And there was a mod kinda dealing with it: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=70...

"View new posts" not working properly?

Your board's URL: http://totallosers.net Version of phpBB3: RC4 Was this a fresh install or a(n) update/upgrade/conversion (please be specific)? Re: prosilver icons in PSD for translating?

The ProSilver GDK/SDK is posted here:
http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &p=2975519

Note that it uses a commercial font that would probably cost $118 to get all the font sizes needed to fully translate.

Subsilver/Prosilver SDKs?

Doing some searching around, I've seen a lot of people asking about the Prosilver and SubSilver SDK for phpBB3 (but nothing in the last couple months). I'm wondering, with the release of RC1, can we expect the SDKs soon?

At this point you can't. phpBB3 is in BETA stages still, meaning it should NOT be used for a live website as there are still a lot of bugs and things will be chaning a lot over the coming months.

There is no easy upgrade path provided yet, so don't even bother trying.

I got this to work fully for both the "http://domainone.com/domaintwo/" and "http://domainone.com/domaintwo" case (with and without a trailing slash). I ended up having to use 2 rewrite rules to do it, but it works now. RewriteEngine on RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^domaintwo.net [NC] Rew...

Well, I'm guessing they would have had to put hooks into the login scripts to save off the user password after it gets verified by the database when the user is logging in. I can garantee you they have not cracked the password from the MD5 alone, as there isn't a mathematical way to do it. A MD5 sum...

I am getting some advertisements like this, even with visual confirmation and email confirmation. But since I've enable both Email/Visual, it has been cut back a lot. I just go through the new user registrations once a week and see if they look real, or just blatant advertisements, and delete as nee...

I tried the solution you linked to, but the 2 variables that code pulls from _SERVER are the same on my server (both point to the base hostname). But, with you saying "normalize hostname" I was able to find some other ways to do it. Doing some searching around, I was able to modify my .htaccess file...

Restrict Access by Domain

This is a weird issue that I'm not entirely sure how to search for, so I wasn't able to find anything about it searching the forums. I've got 2 domains, and I have the forum setup on a second domain, but the second domain is really just a subdirectory of the first... so it's like this http://domaino...
