Signing in as admin

I'm having trouble with signing in. I go to my forums and it has my user name as signed on, which I'm not. And whenever I enter my User Name and Password it just goes back to the index, requiring me to log on again. Any help?

I just don't know where to put certain information where? Do I have to put the primer.mdb in the MySQL program? I'm really sorry if I seem a bit gormless, but I really need help.

I got this error message:

Host Ultra?

I've recently signed up with Host Ultra, and have put all the files required for phpBB on. I ran the installation, and when I finish the form, I press Start Install, and it says that my host doesn't support MS Access ODBC. Can anyone help?
