I am wanting people to fill out a form, which is then posted to a forum. I can't seem to find a mod for this, can someone point me in the right direction?

I am wanting to add check boxes to my profile fields. I have searched for a mod for this but can't find any except abd ones - anyone know of one?

I want to do a log in at the same forum.

If you are member of Group A it will ask you this series of profile questions when you sign up.

If you are member of Group B it will ask you this other series of profile questions when you sign up.

How would i go about doing this?

I install this style and get an error 'You must select a template, theme and imageset for this style.' how do i do this?

I'm wanting a place where people can enter a company name, maybe a url, details about the company, and a review of the company.
