Install the MOD as per install.txt

Make it static as per static-form.txt

Just to confirm, I went live with it (as part of an upgrade from 2.0.18 to 2.0.21) on Saturday, and so far no problems. It's proving popular, too.

Thanks for the MOD. I've installed it on a dummy site running 2.0.21 and it's working fine. It installed without any difficulty, which is great. I shall be going live with it in the next few days as I upgrade my site from 2.0.18.

Thanks for the MOD. I installed this about 3 months ago on 2.0.18 and it has been used successfully ever since. The MOD went in first time with no problems, and it has been simple to configure through the ACP. I'm just about to upgrade the site to 2.0.21 and installed the MOD on a dummy site, again ...
