Rename Forum name "Index Page" on explorer line

How can I rename the forum name on the top from "Index Page" to what I want on the explorer line?

Currently it reads " Index page - Windows Internet Explorer"

Somehow, the anon user was deleted from the guest group, replacing that user solved the issue. I think I have the same issue, Guests can not view the board. My setting seem to be in order, so my question is how did you replace the user? Thanks in advance! VGP Maybe folks see the solved and dont ent...

Oh I also changed the read and unread icons to that the folder ment read items and the folder with the paper in it meant unread items ;)

Ok, even though I converted from 2 to 3 and it seem like all the permissions stayed the same I still had to go in there and set it up again. Once I re-set the permissions to the group and then re-set the permissions to the forum it worked....I hope. I am not sure which one did it, but it may have be...
