Re: Updated 3.0.0 --> 3.0.2 Register Link on main page gone

Thanks for your help! Yes, I also found out, just a few minutes ago, that this was a change in design and very normal :) I had made a change in the UCP.php file under "UCP_REGISTER_DISABLE", adding a link to a different registering form. It would be nice to have that back on the main page :) I have ...

Re: Restoring Database backup times out!!

Solved by using the fine little utility "BigDump".

Best results if using a backup created from phpMyAdmin.

Recommended to try!

Restoring Database backup times out!!

Hi I'm on phpbb3 3.0.0 and are attempting to restore a database backup (located in /store), but while executing it times out with: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/therewindforums.co.uk/httpdocs/forums/includes/acp/acp_database.php on line 2238...

Re: BBcode in PMs Causes and Error

Yes, thanks KRB99. I found that out too :)

To anyone else that need to do this. Find the error_log in the statistic folder in the root folder on the FTP. then add the line "SecFilterRemove 34SPxxxxxxxx" in the existing .htaccess file located in your froums root folder.

It works! Thanks again.

Re: How to mark a Topic as solved [solved]

Hi I installed this little useful Icon as well, however I found out that these "Topic Icons" never shows up in the moderator panel making mass deleting/amending impossible. We usually clear out topics after they are done/fixed etc.. Why are the icons not visible in the moderator panel? Any reason wh...

Re: BBcode in PMs Causes and Error

I have this very same error. Using Quote and BBcode in PM's generates a "Precondition error". Normal posting are not affected by this. I'm also on 34sp.com server and are using the final 3.0.0 forum with everything at default settings. Any solution to this? If this is caused by the host provider, wh...
