what does this mean?

I just my forum to another host. Everything went smoothly. I used the bigdump.php I uploaded my backup which I downloaded from phpBB admin (full backup). And I ran bigdump.php after completion the forum looked ok. But when I try to login I get this: what did I do wrong? Or what does this mean? Error...

Hello, I asked my host to restore my database from 1 week ago. I just downloaded my phpBB db backup file. Can I just overwrite the existing db with the back-up? Hello, I dropped my whole database because I thought I was working on another site. I don't know much about these things so I was playing arround and trying to learn. I dropped all the tables and suddently I realised that my whole site and forum were gone... But luckely I made a back up yesterday......

Hello,

When I login to the admin page and lookup a user.

user admin -> management -> search a member

His username is the same as mine! All the is ok but when I check every user, they all have my name?
How is this possible?
Is this a big? If yes how do I fix it?
