Re: [3.2][3.3][RC] Thanks for posts (and optional Tapatalk integration)

I was testing this extension and run into this issue: If I change setting (for example I switch "Informative messages:" to "Yes") in "ACP" → "Thanks Settings" and "Submit" it it shows me this message: Warning The provided value for the setting “Numbe...

Re: PHP warnings when I search myself in permissions

Have you any idea how your group_id has changed? I don't know. I'm using phpBB since 2005 and during those years I have had lots of MODs there including Categories Hierarchy, so I did conversion back to phpBB 3, when it was discontinued. Maybe one of the MODs did it? I still have the old database (...

One more question. Can I do it, if user with ID 2 is already assigned in group 1312?

Re: PHP warnings when I search myself in permissions

Thank you. I looked into database and found table user_groups. Here is the screenshot:

I'm founder of the board, so I guess I'm user with ID 2. And as you can see there is group with ID 4.

Re: PHP warnings when I search myself in permissions

Thank you for the replies. Before I try to run the command, I looked into the groups table and it seems that I have Global Moderator group there, but I think the group IDs are slightly different then they should be: screenshot from the groups table: https://i.ibb.co/BGsxDS0/phpbb-forum-groups.jpg I'...

Re: How to let members know that forum is running on a new domain?

Thank you for the replies. Is there way to filter out inactive users (those who are registered, but never visited forum) and put them to separate group? I looked into ACP, but I didn't find how to do it. EDIT: I found extensions Inactive User Manager (reminder) and Userreminder for phpBB - hopefully...

How to let members know that forum is running on a new domain?

Last year I lost my domain and it took me "while" to get a new domain and transfer everything to a new host. Now I would like to let registered users to know that forum is back and running again. I never posted mass email, so I'm not sure if I should post it to all members at once or post ...

Re: Version check in ACP doesn't work

Have you tried to test it while all extensions are disabled? I did try it after your question and it is the same: Request Timeout This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connecti...

Re: Version check in ACP doesn't work

(I can’t really tell from your quotes who said or did what) Sorry about that. The correct URL for the version check is http:/...

Re: Version check in ACP doesn't work

Thank you for the reply. Contact your web hosting provider about the problem. If they made changes to the server they might have caused the problem. I contacted them as I wrote in first post. They were unable to resolve the issue and therefore I'm asking for help here: I have read this old topic: ht...
