Upgrade to 3.2 question

I tried to upgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.2 using the automatic upgrade and FTP. After finally getting past timeout errors the upgrade "said" it was successful. The problem is that now all I get is HTTP ERROR 500 when I try to access the forum. I had some mods installed which may be what caused this. Anywa...

Re: 3.1.9 to 3.2: "The installer detected a timeout" error

Okay so, I've had same issue when I was updating. What you can do (it will work 100%) is to be very patient. 1. Backup the files and the database before doing update 2. Please note that some extension won't work in phpBB 3.2 so disable them one by one (david correction) 3. That will disable all ext...

IP address in activation email

Is there a way to get the IP address of a newly registered but not yet active account in the email sent to the admin for activation?

I wasn't saying there was a problem... I was asking if there was a problem. I've never known Googlebot to behave this way and I was asking if anyone knew why it would be.

It's not that important of an issue to bother submitting a support ticket. The Googlebot is not causing any issues. I was just curious as to why it never leaves.

Okay, I cleared the cache and purged all sessions and the Googlebot didn't go anywhere.

Re: Googlebot never leaves

I think that I would prefer that Google bot never left than never visited Where's the "Like" feature on this board? Seriously though, if it's not causing an issue (load times, etc), I wouldn't worry too much about it. I didn't say I was worried about it. It just seems odd that it never leaves...

Re: Googlebot never leaves

I upgraded to version 3.1.3 a week ago and since then Google [Bot] has remained logged in as a registered user 24/7. Other bots come and go but this one never leaves. Any ideas why? I wonder what would happen if you logged him out and waited to see if he logged back in I have no idea how to do that...

Email to admin not being sent.

I have the user registration settings set to "By admin". When someone registers they receive the email notification but I (the admin) do not receive an email notification that someone has registered and needs to be activated. How do I make this happen?
