I don't believe that is the problem. When I click the Rebuild_Search link in the admin panel, I don't even get the ability to enter any info to search for. The page displayed in the right pane is just blank.

I'm running phpBB-2.0.19 with the following mods: attach_mod_241 memberlist_access_1.0.3 sql_backup_v1.0.2 I am seeing this in the e...

I have tons of mods installed & upgraded mine by hand. http://www.opentools.de/docs/tutorial.php is what I used. I carefully added & changed what was needed per my mods that are installed though. What I recommend is making a copy of your database to another & setting up a test bed to play with. Once...

are you guys using the precompiled packages that came with your distro's? I have been running v. 2.0.3 & 2.0.4 for about 4 months now. When 1st setup, I saw this error numerous times. After reconfiguring / compiling apache & php again myself. Tweaking some of the conf files, I haven't seen this erro...

version 2.0.4 yes mods are installed.
It looks like it's something to do with the amount of posts perpage mod. I'll have to dig into it once I get a response from a user that duplicates the error.

unread posts error

For the past couple of weeks I've been getting a bug regularly where going to the first unread post in a thread takes me to the last page but with the wrong page number. Like in a 3 page thread I would end up with page 3 saying its page 2, then clicking next page gives me the same page now saying it...

yes, but this option appears to no longer work after someone replies to the post. You can edit & delete the post right after it's posted. But a couple days later the user wants to delete it, they can't.

When I stated that phpBB group must concentrate on security rather coming up with new features in new versions, was due to my frustration after getting hacked 3 times using phpBB boards over the years ... so when does it stop ??? Next month 2.0.4 version will be discovered to have a bunch of securi...

I resolved this issue by recompiling apache & php with just the needed modules. I don't use precompiled packages, they tend to have everything under the sun compiled in with them. Redhat especially.

I haven't seen this error in eon's now. ;)
