Just wondering if there is a mod that shows a certain banner of my choice in the footer but has group permissions

such as normal members see the banner but certain groups do not

Hiii Just wondering if there is a mod/way to do this You basically set a timescale of say 1month/2months and if the user hasn't Logged On / Posted with the timescale they get put into a Inactive Group.. Odviously when they come onto the site they will be removed from the inactive group to a normal g...

i have Advanced Quick Reply mod installed aswell as this mod ,, when my members reply using quick reply it doesn't attach the gamertag ? any ideas ?
