Re: [3.2][RC] Avatar Resize on upload

Is it confirmed then that this extension as it is now works on phpBB 3.3 without any changes needed?

Just need to double check.

Looking to upgrade from 3.2.8 very soon.

Cheers.

Re: Should we just use the Automatic Update Package for updating from 3.2.8 ?

Cheers everyone. Think I'll wait a bit before I update. I've only just recently updated from 3.0.14 to 3.2.8 (literally a few weeks ago) and everything is stable now here. Also need to ensure all the extensions I use are compatible. One of them that I use is the Postimage extension and that is only ...

Re: [3.2][RC] Avatar Resize on upload

Hi there.

Is this extension still supported in 3.2.8?

I uploaded the files to /ext and it's not displaying in the Extensions Manager.

Cheers,

Avatar Resize on upload - Extension phpBB3 - 3.2.8

Hi guys, I tried posting in the extensions section but there was no way to post a new topic there, so I'm posting here instead. Can anyone using the extension 'Avatar Resize on upload' confirm it works using 3.2.8 ? https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=456&t=2459751 It's not listed as an ...

Re: [Split]Updating from 3.0.x

Thanks everyone.

I just need to check a few more things before I start the conversion.

Can anyone confirm that the postimage add on still works in phpBB3 3.2.8? https://postimages.org/phpbb

Last update is showing 3.1 so I'm not sure whether it will still be working after the update.

Cheers,

Re: [Split]Updating from 3.0.x

Well ... I tried over and over again to enter the FTP password. Didn't work after setting it up with testing with Hostinger. Very late here 4am in the morning so off to bed LOL. Good job it's the weekend. Will take another look soon. Thanks everyone.

Re: [Split]Updating from 3.0.x

Just checked out Putty. Thanks for the link. After starting, it asks for host name (or IP address) and the port number. I put these in and a dialogue box pops up saying Putty Fatal Error - Remote side unexpectedly closed network connection. I'm assuming this is due to shared hosting. I'm testing it o...

Re: [Split]Updating from 3.0.x

Hiya warmweer, Thank you for replying. It's the last few lines of code in the fully downloaded database displaying 'zebra' in a full PhpMyAdmin back up. I didn't make any alterations to it. It's the full back up of the 3.0.14 version of the database saved to my hard drive. I've not tried using the p...

Re: [Split]Updating from 3.0.x

Hi Robert, I opened the downloaded database back up and done as you said opening it in a text editor. I've included the snippet of code from the last mention of zebra. Does this...
