It's not the ) that's the solve, but the : it's a shortened if statement, in which the : stands for else. So if there is no :, the whole statement won't work. I hope you backed up your files (which is also written in the install file as something to do before you start editing files)if you're still ...

admin-1 can define which part of the sub-board admin section admin-3 can see. Because if admin-3 would be able to access all the parts of the admin section, he would also be able to make a backup of the entire database. Which ofcourse is something we don't want because there might be an admin-3 whic...

I was thinking of something like this: Standard board is the board you get to see when you don't specify an id or an invalid id. sub-board is any board which shows up when you specified a valid id. 3 different admins: admin-1: access to adding, changing and removing sub-boards. And able to specify w...

Hi all, I haven't been working on the mod for some time, but currently i'm developping a totally new version of this mod. The struggle with append_sid() will no longer be a question, and there will be less files to edit. This all is quite usefull because the less files you have to edit, the less pro...

Hmmmm, I succeeded in passing on the board id for the url to delete, move, split, watch and unwatch the topic Now i have to to the "jump to" list, some links in the groupcp.php, and some links in modcp.php pages. If all links are working properly, i will edit the admin panel so only admins of the pr...

append_sid() hardcoded href's, y isnt it already/alternative

I'm devellopping a mod that enables you to have an x number of boards using the same files. Saving you a lot of space :) I'm trying to pass on a variable in the url, i've succeeded in reading the id, and passing it on in most cases using append_sid() to add something like id=123456 to the url. But n...

Well, the fact that "id" has already been used is not such a big problem. I've changed id into ci (config id) so problems should be solved with that. Update: I've been able to apply append_sid() to the administration link. append_sid() contains the function to add the board id to a link, and because...
