Re: [3.2][RC] Privacy Policy

I can not share posts on Facebook and cannot fetch links as Google on Search Console with extension enabled. The links are redirected to ./app.php/privacypolicy There is the result on Fecabook Sharing Debugger: Fetched URL https://www.kaminata.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=429&p=927906#p927906 Canonical...

Create cookie.php file with this code, uploud it to the root of your forum and run it with a browser. On the screen you can change Cookie Settings and Server Settings. Re: Transfering permissions

Yes I understand the point, and I understand I can not do what I want. I want one of the admins to have permission to check users permissions, but not to have access to one of the admins forums, which is hidden for him. And if that admin checks other admins permissions he can see and read that hidde...

Re: Transfering permissions

Yes I know. But giving one of admin permissions doesn't mean that the user has every single users or mods permissions. If you red my first post you will see what I mean. So does this mean that I can not do what I asked in the first post? I don't want UserB to see a forum which he has set NEVER to se...

Re: Transfering permissions

As I said anybody can have some of admin permissions and this doesn't make that user Admin. Even Guests can have some of admin permissions if you want to do that as an owner, for instance to check others permissions. For you it is useless and that is OK, for me it is very useful. But it is not my ca...

Re: Transfering permissions

No, everybody can do that if he has that permission. He can be Admin or even Guest. If he has that permission he can do that.

The benefit is that you will be sure that everybody has exact permissions you want.
But that is not the case.

Transfering permissions

OK, this is the case UserA has permissions to see certain hidden forum. UserB doesn't have permissions to see that forum and he has that permission set to NEVER. But UseB has permission to transfer user's permissions from other users. The case is that when UserB transfers permissions from UserA, Use...

Re: {URL} in BBcode - Incorrect string value

Yes I updated to 3.0.12, but the problem is for a bit of time ago. It doesn't exist with fresh phpBB3 files on the same database. I think it is from the edits in wrong encoding I made on some file, but it is hard for me to find which one. So if you can tell me which files are involved with adding BB...

{URL} in BBcode - Incorrect string value

Hi everybody, When I try to add new or edit old BBcode and if I add {URL}, {LOCAL_URL} or {RELATIVE_URL} on the "BBCode usage" I got this error: SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ] Incorrect string value: '\x80-\xFFa-z...' for column 'first_pass_match' at row 1 [1366] SQL BACKTRACE FILE: (not given by php) LINE: (...

Re: Updating database stops working 3.0.11 to 3.0.12 [resolv

Yes, Thank you, I know that. But I put the old one on its place after updating the base and before updating the files. So the automatic update package did that automatically.
