Re: [BETA] [3.2] Prime Notify

Hello primehalo, Thanks for your work in this code. I am looking forward for the RC of this extension. Is it possible to have this extension with group permissions? I'd like to have this kind of notification in my forum just for the moderators, in order to moderate all messages posted in their relat...

Re: [3.1][3.2][RC] Prime Post Revision

Hello andreask, thanks for your work. Very good extension :) I'd like to give my contribution to this extension, since I could spot and fix one SQL error. The problem arises when someone tries to edit a message that has UTF-8 characters with 4 bytes (like 𝑥). The error is: SQL ERROR [ mysqli ] Incor...

Re: Redirection upon hard delete after soft delete

Good point! So we have two problems now: 1) The link should state "Return to MCP", and not previous page, since the previous page is the topic page; 2) The link "Restore" is doing wrong, because when restoring, the link "Return to the previous page" returns you to the topic page instead MCP. And, re...

Re: Redirection upon hard delete after soft delete

Hello stevemaury,

Thanks for the advice. I'll do it :)

I've posted here first to know if this is the intended behavior... maybe I am not looking in the correct way, and the behavior I am proposing isn't supposed to be.

Kind regards,

Re: Redirection upon hard delete after soft delete

Hello stevemaury, Thanks for your reply. The fact I am pointing is not when deleting a topic, is when deleting a post within a topic. For example: a topic with 10 posts has 1 post soft deleted. Than I (admin) go to the topic and follow the steps provided in my original post to hard delete this soft ...

Re: Redirection upon hard delete after soft delete

Hello RMcGirr83, Sorry if I didn't make myself clear. I wasn't hard deleting from the MCP, I was hard deleting from the original topic page . So, the previous page should be the topic page. Please follow the step I listed in my original post and show me where I was in the MCP prior to hard deleting....

Redirection upon hard delete after soft delete

Hello all, Whenever some post from a topic is soft deleted , the admin can see in the topic that there was a post in that place, and can see the content of this soft deleted post. Together with the soft deleted post content there are two buttons, one for hard delete and another one to restore the po...

Re: "Account Activation" mode change automatic by time

Hello posey, I think that the spammers are real people just copying and pasting the same text over and over and creating posts with links. KevC, thanks for the tip. Just removed the 10 sec timer on the T&C, I think it's not good too. But honestly, if they can't wait a little while to be activated, t...

"Account Activation" mode change automatic by time

Hello all, I used to use the "Account Activation" = "By Admin" to avoid spammers. But, I realized that this process was taking too much users away from my forum... people do the registration, it took 1 or 2hrs to get activated, but after admin activation the user never come back. I changed it to "By...

Re: [3.1][3.2][RC] Top Poster Of The Month (reloaded)

Hello 3Di, Thanks for the help. Just installed RC5 and could get it working just fine. It had some high load at the beginning, but ended up on the track. Playing with the settings, I could spot that when I use Time To Live = 0 , the top user shows up correctly. But, when I set Time To Live =5 or 10 ...

Re: [3.1][3.2][RC] Top Poster Of The Month (reloaded)

Could you try to change the line 555 from $percent = min(100, ((int) $tpotm_tot_posts) / (int) $total_month) * 100; to $percent = min(100, ((int) $tpotm_tot_posts / (int) $total_month) * 100); and see if the division by zero is gone? Thx. Did the code change, and the debug notice still persists...

Re: [3.1][3.2][RC] Top Poster Of The Month (reloaded)

Hello 3Di, I am a little without free time this week, but I gave a try in this new version and could see that the load average is still going up, but now to a lesser degree (before it was going to 25 or 30, and now is going to 5). And could spot two errors: First. Every page load I get the debug not...
