Re: Notifications from ignored users

It is the case. If you think it is a bug, post in the Bug Tracker.

Re: Registration setup procedure

Just adding admin approval won't really solve the problem, because you will spend all your time rejecting spam registrations. Could we have a link to this board, please?

Re: Upgrade help: 3.2.5 to 3.2.7 leaves inconsistent state

We do not recommend either installing or updating with cPanel. It looks like only the files were updated. What happens if you go to example.com/phpBB/install (or whatever your board domain is?

Re: Variable

This belongs either in Extension requests, or, if you want to pay someone to do this, the WANTED forum.

I will close this and you can report in either or both of those forums.

Re: Old Posts Causing confusion when reactivated ?

That should solve the issue in the future. For now, lock the topic with an explanation.

BTW, the technical term for this is "Necroing". As in necrophilia.

Re: Changing Month from a number to name

AFAIK, the actual birthdate is never displayed anyway. There is only a listing of "Birthdays" on the index page, and an "Age" in the profile. Where are you seeing the birthdates listed? If they aren't displayed, it hardly matters whether the month is spelled out.

Re: Extensions in Conflicts

As the forum description states, extension issues are not properly posted here. Ordinarily, I would refer you to the extensions dedicated support topic, but since one of the extensions is abandoned by its developer, that would do no good. I am afraid you will not be able to get help with your issue....

Won't the user receive an email saying someone has tried to change their password if you change it as admin to log into their account?
Just change their email address at the same time.

Re: Forum displaying Blocks instead of category list.

You are running phpBB 3.2.7 but your style is for 3.2.2. What happens if you switch to prosilver as a test?
