Re: [20/11/06] Anti-Spam ACP

Yes, you could uninstall the hide zero posters mod, then run the 1.1.02 to 2.0.8 upgrade file again with easymod(I am assuming you didn't try to upgrade to 2.0.8 by removing that part of the install instructions and you are still running 1.1.02, correct?) Looks like uninstalling a mod is a little m...

Ok, thanks. So do I just uninstall it, then re-install yours? (I don't really need that mod now anyway...)

Cheers.

Re: [20/11/06] Anti-Spam ACP

Hi, A couple of weeks back, I posted a question about a failed upgrade attempt: I've just tried to upgrade from 1.1.0.2 to 2.0.7. I believe I followed all the install instructions correctly (and read the Read_Me_First.txt first). When I tried to install the upgrade using the Install MODs, I got the ...

Brilliant! Thanks for the explanation. All working now, and just what I was after! Nice one!

Re: [BETA] Notify ADMIN of all posts

Hi,

Sorry if this is a dumb question (I've been known to ask them before).

Just wondering where I can access the latest version of this mod? And can it be installed with EasyMod?

Cheers.

Hi EXreaction,

Thanks for replying, and great mod, btw!

Immediately before attempting to update to the latest version of anti-spam acp, I updated to the latest version of phpbb2 (i.e. 2.0.22). That operation was successful - no errors.

Cheers.

Thanks again. I'd definitely read the article before proceeding. But what I really meant was can follow that procedure alone (and ignore the Changed Files procedure for instance)?

Cheers.

Thanks Marshalrusty!

Aha... So I can simply run with the Code Changes Mod instruction and that'll do the entire upgrade?

Upgrading to 2.0.22

Hi everyone, I'm about to attempt to upgrade from phpBB 2.0.21 to 2.0.22. However, this is the first time that I've attempted this sort of operation, so I have a couple of questions: I downloaded the changed files only zip, but I read in its install notes that I should use the Patch file if I have m...
