Re: Debug errors.

Yes that's a sensible thing to do. If you have no other MODs it might be wise to replace all the files edited by the MOD. Thank you, yeah I have no other mods. - This was my first attempt on this perticual forum, they normally go successfully when I've done them on other forums with phpBB3, thats w...

Re: Debug errors.

Check that neither of the two files mentioned in that error have spaces or lines outside the first and last characters. The files should start and end with < and > respectively. Ok as far as I'm aware they are now; and still hasn't worked. - Do you think I could download the phpbb3 forum software a...

http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?p=3221684#p3221684 Give that a read and tell us if that works for you. Nope! - I followed the instruction but what they're asking me to replace is already there!! - I've also cleared the cache with the clear.php - but nothing still! :? This will teach me...

Re: RC4 to RC5, then to RC7.

I'm just wondering, can I have my board disabled to viewers while I'm updating automatically? - Saves them seeing the message I'm suppose to get telling me to delete the install directory. Yep ... under Board Settings :) Thanks - Im currently updating from RC5 to RC6, done all the processes but aft...

You should make sure to make full backups of both the files and...

RC4 to RC5, then to RC7.

Hi,

I've have been leaving my updates for the server to do, however this feature was disabled and I wasn't informed. I now need to do it manually.

Where can I download RC5, so that I can installed that then go from RC5 to RC7?

Thanks,

Re: Automatic Update.

Sorry, but no show-off links in your post =) After a few days, possibly a week can't remember, the system had updated its self to RC4. I had no input on this so I was rather impressed! Since RC5 is available will it eventually do the same for that? Huh. Probably not. Are you the only one with admin...
