User level colors

Does anybody know how to change the colors associated user levels (like, for the names popping up in the "Who's online"-box)? I changed the color that links are displayed in to a reddish tone, and now all user names are red. So the admin usernames (which are red in prosilver) don't stick out anymore...

Re: How to create a NEW style

You should rename it in imageset, theme and template config files, not only style.cfg i renamed it there, too (/template/template.cfg, /theme/theme.cfg, /imageset/imageset.cfg) -- all of them have the same couple of lines there (i renamed it now from "prosilver1" to "OBT"): # General Information ab...

How to create a NEW style

Hi there, I'd like to create a new style on the basis of prosilver, but leave the regular prosilver in place as a choice style. what I did was to make a copy or the prosilver folder in /styles, and rename it to prosilver1. However, prosilver1 won't show up as an uninstalled style then in ACP => Styl...

Re: Stylesheet?

yes, they can.

if you're modifying the prosilver style, don't forget to refresh it in the admin panel, or you won't see any change after altering the .css files (all the style files are cached for quicker access).

this mod is working like charm, in the two days that i've got it operational, it already fought off more than 50 spammers :) two things i'd like to bring up: 1. it would be great to have a checkbox for turning off e-mail notification to the site admin. it's an interesting read in the beginning, but ...

just installed this mod (community version) and it seems to be working great. many thanks to the developers! anyway, i've got one concern: it says an email goes out to some database in case somebody fails the test -- what happens to that data? i just tried to register and failed the test on purpose ...

In the mean time just run phpBB2 and you'll be able to upgrade it to v3 when RC1 comes out. Yeah, looks like this would be the way to go, if you want to be on the save side. But I don't have the money and resources to build everything (theme, database integration) on phpBB2 and do it all over again...

I'm in the exact same situation ... build for Olympus (style, user database integration) and possibly wait months for a RC, OR build on 2.0x, possibly have Olympus RC come out the following day, and have do it all over again. I think I'm going for the first option, and delay the release of my site i...
