I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I'd be interested to find out how one goes about moving a customised forum and its database from one server to another because I'm going to have to do just that very soon and I'd rather be prepared for any problems I might run into. Can anyone point me in the ...

I only have one template - a modified version of subSilver. :| I just checked that I have the correct version of the profile_add_body.tpl file uploaded. Here's the relevant section from that: <tr> <td class="row1"><span class="gen">{L_CURRENT_PASSWORD}: *</span><br /> <span class="gensmall">{L_CONFI...

This mod isn't working quite how I'd expected it to. When I try and create a new account the password security rating does not appear. When I try and change the password on an existing account it does appear, but the way it works contradicts the names of the fields... Let's see if I can explain. Nor...

Never mind! I'd missed out the addition to functions.php somehow - it's working just fine now.

I've just installed this on my forum and I'm having a problem. I made all the changes except those for overall_page_header.tpl and simple_page_header.tpl because I am using the subSilver.css instead of the style code that was in those files. I'm running phpBB 2.0.22 and have the Multi BBCode mod ins...

I didn't want to uninstall everything Ive done so I took a look at the mods I'd installed and guessed which one would most likely be the culprit. Thankfully, my first guess was right - the offending code was an alteration I'd made to includes/functions.php whilst installing the Friendly Date mod: ##...

Hmmm... I've just discovered that on this page the 'Last Rated' date and time for the top rated topics is Wed Dec 31, 1969 7:00 pm. I seem to remember reading somewhere that January 1, 1970 was a default unix server time. Well, take 5 hours from that date and you'll get what I'm getting. Definitely ...

That's correct.

The fact that the time offset displayed varies depending on whether it is morning or evening is very odd, though.

If I have both set to GMT-5 then the time should still display correctly for me, though, right?

My host says that there is no problem with the server clock but I have noticed a pattern:

Between 7am and 7pm EST (GMT-5) the displayed time is 5 hours ahead of what it should be.

Between 7pm and 7am EST (GMT-5) the time displays correctly.

Can anyone explain this?

I just installed this but the video I tried to test it out with did not appear in place of the bolt-tagged URL. All I see is: [bolt]http://www.bolt.com/Jess2Feb07/video/Messengers/2942524[/bolt] I have the MultiBBCode mod installed already. I'm running 2.0.22. Edit: OK, fixed it through trial and er...

Great Mod, but it would be even better if it worked for the Font Colour and Font Size BBCodes in Firefox too. Has that Smilie Pop-up addition worked for anyone? I've added the amendment but don't have enough smilies right now for the pop-up to even be viewable. I'll be adding more soon, though, so I...

I'm glad Shake was able to send these files over, as the solution was in privmsg.php, NOT where I was looking! LOL ... Thanks again Shakey, and good luck to anyone using this m...

I've just emailed them with the name of the server that the database with the time issue is hosted on. I'll update this thread later if they respond. Thanks ;)
