Those are not called crap but error messages :D

Try to CHMOD your script 755, some host doesn't allow 777 chmoding.

Try to CHMOD the files 755, the best thing to do is to contact your host since it is a server related problem and not software.

Looks like a CHMOD problem, try 755 and if fails try 777 on that directory and file only, in your case the language directory.
