Re: Integrating Elgg and phpBB

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I have searched the Elgg site and tried a couple of the forum plugins however for one reason or another they don't work. I am now currently in the process of coding a forum plugin so with any luck I'll have a solution that works.. ;)

Thanks Again

Cheers

Re: Critical Error Could not update user theme info

All fixed. I missed a line of code for one of the mods when I uploaded a fresh copy of the common.php file to fix the fatal error the board had after removing the extreme styles and simple subforums mods  The cause of the error became apparent after entering the edits for the Search Bot...

Re: Critical Error Could not update user theme info

OK I've uploaded a fresh copy of function.php and that error has now been fixed, however now when I go to mt admin panel my forum index comes up in both the left and right panes, would this be because of the other mods I have installed? Will it correct itself when I enter the edits for the mods that...

Re: members passwords

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but once you delete a member then they're removed from the database so there would be no details, including password to find.

Why didn't you just ban/delete the offending member who caused the trouble and change your password?

Re: Critical Error Could not update user theme info

The server my board is running on is Linux.

I have always run my boards on Linux and never had this problem before!

Would this error relate more to an error in the user tables?

Cheers

Re: Critical Error Could not update user theme info

I have also followed the instructions to set subSilver as the default template as provided in this thread http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article/set-sub ... -template/

however even after creating and running that file I am still getting the same message.

I have removed this mod due to the lack of response received and the issues it has caused to my board.
