I'm not a big fan of SNES, but I visited my parents this week and played Mario All-Stars on my sisters SNES. Amazing cartridge indeed! :P

make sure you are uploading the avatar from the forum in your userCP and not FTP lol!. Now I'll try and upload from my computer - not URL. .... Works from local upload. So avatar uploads obviously work, but this doesn't explain it all, cause I believe that if anyone try to add an avatar from ...

What's your favourite retrogaming console/computer?

For me it's definately the Commodore 64 with games like Great Giana Sisters, Last Ninja, Bubble Bobble and Boulder Dash.

Sega Master System is very cool too, especially Alex Kidd in Miracle World. :P

I'd love you hear about your oldskool gaming memories!

OMG my phpBB2.0.11 update!

This is just a story of my painful update yesterday. After two of my friends reported that their boards had been hacked and their databases completly erased, I closed down my two phpBB boards immediately and updated to 2.0.11. I have phpBB pretty tightly integrated into two of my sites. For example,...

About ranks!

Im running a board with about 1200 registered users and 35000 articles. I haven't created any ranks yet, because I'm not sure of how many posts I should require from each of them. I would like to have like five ranks, but where should the limit between them be?

phpBB crashes some browsers?

I'm using the default theme with a few very minor modifications (I basically just changed the logo and added a background pattern). Anyway, people using Netscape 6+ and Mozilla 1.x have reported that these browsers sometimes hang when they access phpBB. I have tested the forum myself with Mozilla, N...

Deleting inactive members

Not quite sure if this is the correct forum, but I'll give it a shot. I need a comfortable way to remove all inactive members. By inactive I mean people who haven't posted anything a few months after they registered. I remember there was a mod for this, but does it still work with correctly with php...
