you shouldn't post big images

You shouldn't post big images in the post...you should link to it by a) a smaller preview image or b) a text link...this works much better...

Wait don't cry yet...I may have a solution...1st if you save backups to the same file each time...seperate this backup out so it's not overritten or deleted. Then search the backup file for some text in the post...the subject or if you know the post number that would be perfect...this might be diffi...
