Go to ACP > Posting > Attachment Setting :

- Enable 'Display images inline'
- Enable 'Create thumbnail'

When a image attached, click on button 'Place Inline' (Prosilver) so you will have image like that.

The older version had a better looking thumbnail all the same size and small. Do we have to use a new bbcode for this? If yes which one? You can config any size if you want.
