Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Spoilers Possible)

I really liked the book. For me, it was a fitting end to the series. And I thought this was one of the best books out of the seven. In some of the other books, I would get bored and felt like she was dragging things out too much, or adding stuff that really had no point. But this book...I couldn't p...

Would you spend money for a message-board-system?

I just want to known if you would spend money for a message-board-system. Many message-board-systems cost money (for e.g. vbulletin), and I would not do that, because phpBB is a very good forum-system, and if you have only a little message-board phpBB is the perfect choice.

What about you?

Re: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

I saw Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix today in Minneapolis and after reading the book, I found the movie version very enjoyable. The special effects were amazing (especially in the battle at the Ministry of Magic) and the acting was great. Imelda Staunton was perfect as Dolores Umbridge an...

Re: Is a co-Admin a good idea?

I´m the only aministrator on my phpBB3-Forum, because we have just 10,000 posts. I can handle everything in the ACP by myself, and the rest is taken care by my moderators. But I think if you have got a very big forum with for e.g. 1,000,000 posts, a co-administrator can be very useful, but only if h...

At first I was shocked, because I had never seen the userinformation in a post on the right. But now I think it was a very clever decision from the phpBB-Team, because it is a very refreshing change and its unique too.
