How do I create new User Level

Can someone direct me on how to create new User Levels?

In my ACP > User Permissions Contol, it only allows me to select Admin or User. I would like to add Moderator to this option.

Thanks.

Re: Disable Post Editing After X Hours

This MOD has installed correctly and is working except for my Moderators. The Members CANNOT edit beyond the time limit (good!), Admin CAN (good, also!), but Moderators CANNOT (oops- this is not good!). Permission in the forum are set at the Member/User level. Suggestions? __________________________...

Board Width

MOD works perfect. No problems or issues. It turned out exactly as needed (a 10% to 15% reduction).

Re: [14/12/06] Textual Confirmation

Try this: $lang['tc_bad_answer'] = '<b><font color="red">Wrong answer to the Textual Confirmation question. Try again.</font></b>'; Olpa, this was excellent. Thank you very much. It works perfectly, and now the user can see the error in bold red letters, rather than plain black letters. I wanted to...

Modify Wrong Answer Text

Olpa, I'd like to modify the Wrong Answer text that is displayed when a user signing up enters the wrong answer. Currently, it is displayed in plain balck text at the top of the page. I would like to make it Red and Bold . Would it be the lang_tc.php file on line 22? $lang['tc_bad_answer'] = 'Wrong ...

Re: Simple Subforums

Hi. I have just finished modding Simple Subforums. I am getting an error when attempting to create a new forum. I have installed eXtreme Styles Mod. I have SQL'd Alter Table successfully. But when I am in ACP > Management > Create New Forum (regardless of category/Forum I select) the following error...

Re: [2.0.19] Multiple BBCode MOD

In this example, the " NOTE ... make_jumpbox('viewforum.'.$phpEx); " is the actual code that need sought after, and NOT just make_jumpbox( The instruction is correct. You need to find a line of code. That line begins with "make_jumpbox(". It could have told you to look for "make_j" and been just as...

Re: [2.0.18] Configure Member Profile Required Fields

Is this what your line 145 reads?
$profiledata['user_website'] . '</a>' : '&nbsp;';
If not, what does it read?

Re: [2.0.19] Multiple BBCode MOD

Someone really needs to re-write this mod, and have the download on the first page reflect the change. I can't believe it's screwed up so bad. Is this someones version of April Fools, or something? I've manually installed this mod, and have had to work out the bugs via all the White Page error messa...

Re: [14/12/06] Textual Confirmation

One more question: Will this Mod still work if BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) is disabled from my SMTP web server? I realize that it sends me an email when a registration fails because of Textual Confirmation, and that a BCC is sent also to the COMMUNITY. So will the BCC not send in this case? I read nothi...

Re: [14/12/06] Textual Confirmation

Thus far, what type of questions have proven successful? Here is a list that I'm using, but have been unable to test it (my forum is brand new and have not yet started promoting it). Any recommendations from users? Anti-spam Security Question: What is 5 plus five, divided by 2? five Five 5 Anti-spam...

Re: [2.0.11] Advanced User Search

Very nice Mod, and what an excellent tool. Super-duper easy install -- upload 4 files and that's all. This Mod has given our Admin the ability to find and sort user queries in so many ways that were otherwise not possible.

Thank you.
