Re: Attachment fails - white screen

Not heard back after this:
this looks like this was a PHP issue. We run a lot of security by default, and this could block some things like you described. Dominic might have made some changes to your config file.

Re: Attachment fails - white screen

Query passed to site hosts to investigate. One further point - if you a zip the same image, the winzip file attaches just fine, so it MUST be something to do with the way images are handled :?:

Re: Attachment fails - white screen

I looked at this post which mentioned php issues, however this does not seem to be the case looking at the control panel:

Code: Select all

Resource Limits memory_limit Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (32MB) 256M
So still no further forward, anyone else have some suggestions?

Re: Attachment fails - white screen

I have applied the 3.0.9 version of Rainbow Pearl from this page . An 11kb gif attaches fine, a 450kb png causes the white screen error... These are the log entries (minus IPs), is there something else I am supposed to do? Re: [RC] AIR-box Auto Image Resizer Box

Copied the files having renamed to style folder to match, when I run the .xsl I get This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. The file is in the forum root dir. I get the same error launching it from desktop. Tried Firefox & IE8.
