Ok thanks for your reply , so how the main page of phpbb grab announcements from the community folder ?
same thing for http://phpbbmodders.net/
they have a login form and some other stuff grabbed from the phpbb script!!

Thanks for your reply , its not exactly what i need , what i need is : when i go to http://www.mysite.com/index.php it redirect me to http://www.mysite.com/community/my_custom_index_page.php I really appreciate your reply mate !!! I renamed the index.php of phpbb to board.php I created a new custom index.php (contains modules that i mentioned in my latests reply ) to be the default page . Now we suppose that i want to go to the forum from my custom index, so the adress will point to http://www.mysite.com/board/board.php or wh...

the default page is www.mysite.com/index.php ( For news and other modules)
for the forum www.mysite.com/board.php

If your current phpbb board is installed at your web root just move it down into it's own folder. 1. Create the folder, you can call it whatever you want. 2.
