Downgrading backup (3.0 -> 2.0)

Hi there!

I had a site running phpBB 3.0. I have now switched servers and am using phpNuke, which comes with phpBB 2.0. Is it possible to use my SQL backup to restore my site in 2.0? I know I may loose some info... I mostly want the users and the posts.

why not this...

new board = root/
old board = root/old

that way the root index.php is the new board and it keeps your old board if you know the direct path

log in as admin and use the dropdown menu for quick commands at the bottom to move it

if they are shown, they can be downloaded. when an image is shown it is placed within the html code. users can then just right click and download (or find the url by checking the page source). this is simply because the url is sent to the browser through the page coding and is visible by the user.

are your cookie settings set up correctly on your browser?

...and can you describe the error better? does the login page not load? do you get an error message? i can't help you if i don't know what you are seeing
