Re: RC5: How to hide Administrator group & postcount?

::bump::

Someone kindly gave the answer to hiding the postcounts in someone else's thread but we're still looking for a solution to hide the Administrator group!

Re: Disabling the Post Counter

Similarly, is there a way to disable sorting by postcount within the memberlist?

::bump::

Incidentally, someone kindly gave the answer to hiding the postcounts in someone else's thread but we're still looking to sort out the Administrator and Moderator group-colours!

Turning off Administrator & Moderator-group colours

In RC5 (we're using the subSilver2 style), we've noticed that Administrator and Moderator-usernames appear in the colours assigned to those groups almost everywhere. Ok. Well. Given that the admins and mods on our forum tend to participate in threads with regular forumers, we feel that having our us...

Re: PSDs for subSilver2?

Ok, so I know this is an old topic being bumped... but on the off-chance that anyone does know where to get hold of some official PSDs for subSilver? The Danish unofficial set linked here is apparently incomplete. Would there be a possibility then of PSDs for subSilver2 at all; perhaps at least when...

Re: RC5: How to hide Administrator group & postcount?

You can already hide the special groups from the legend. What unclefester is asking is to hide them from the groups lists in the UCP and such. Exactly that, and preferably without the use of a MOD :) Also, does anyone have a suggestion for hiding (not just freezing) postcounts, again without the us...

Re: RC5: How to hide Administrator group & postcount?

Ok, bumping again on the off-chance that someone has a different solution we could try.

Thanks again! :)

Re: RC5: How to hide Administrator group & postcount?

I dont believe there is any way to hide the special groups. The easiest workaround is to create your own hidden groups and give them the same functionality as the special groups. Thank you for the suggestion- in fact we had already done so but were hoping there was some way to hide those default gr...

Re: RC5: How to hide Administrator group & postcount?

::bumping since yesterday evening, apologies::

Of course, if it's not possible to hide both postcounts and Administrator & Global moderator groups without using a MOD, it'd be nice to get that confirmed and then we can carry on trying to work around the problem.

Thanks again! :)

RC5: How to hide Administrator group & postcount?

Ok, to start off with. We're running a reasonably busy forum, but we're still using phpBB2 on that for now until version 3 is fully released. However, we figured it would be an idea to get a test forum up and running so we could at least start to figure out how version 3 works. The admin panel's a t...
