Re: Making a change to Sticky Topics

If I understand this correctly what it is that you are really asking for is a prune option to not prune topics with replies. Yes, exactly. But already requested it ages ago here: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?p=15274126#p15274126 So this seemed the next logical step as an alternativ...

Re: Making a change to Sticky Topics

Because I'm making use of a forum to bring in RSS Feeds and it uses Auto-Prune based on Age of Topics. But is also set to not delete Sticky Topics. So any topics on that RSS Feed forum that gets replies - I can Sticky them to avoid the Auto-Prune deleting the topic. But, as things stand. If I was to...

Making a change to Sticky Topics

How can I make it so any Sticky Topics are not always listed at the top of the forum. But instead can be bumped down by new topics, and topics with new replies that are not sticky topics

Re: phpbb conditional question

If anyone still wanted to show the twitter button in each post without any issues, and be able to post a "direct link" leading to that post in twitter. You can use this instead and only grab the title of the topic, but still have a link leading to that post made in twitter. But it's not the same thi...

Re: phpbb conditional question

Not just images inserted as inline that causes it to happen. If you add anything using Inline (such as inline BBCode CODE) added extra to the list would cause the twitter button to be repeated also more than once. I'm using a HIDE mod that can hide text "inline" as an option instead of using a HIDE ...

I found out that the twitter button is repeated when a post uses a INLINE ROW included in the message posted. Such as inserting images as Inline

phpbb conditional question

Is there is a phpbb conditional you can use to not show something in a post, if the post contains an uploaded image I'm showing a twitter button in each post that lets you submit the post content into twitter., rather than being limited to only submitting the topic into twitter. But have noticed if ...

The problem with this and all other hide mods is that a person can use inspect element on the page and still read what was posted as hidden

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

I'll just echo what has already been said: developing mobile first is an industry standard. If things are done/developed properly it should look fine on desktop as well with some possible adjustments. Agree. Stats now on website visits tend to show more users are coming on mobile devices, than ther...

Re: Auto prune a forum based on Topic replies

How would you deal with, say, Announcements that are posted in a forum and then locked so that there are no replies - would it still be a requirement to purge these? No. That slipped my mind that some settings don't prune like Sticky, Polls or Announcements, that might be locked for no replies. I c...

Auto prune a forum based on Topic replies

There is an option with any new forum you create to use the auto-prune feature for that forum. But, the only auto prune options you have is to remove topics based on View Age or Last Post age. Can somebody make an extension mod so it also adds the option to auto prune a forum based on Topic Replies,...

Question about auto pruning forum feature

You can set a forum up to auto prune topics based on "Last Viewed Age or Age of Topic posted". Why is there no option to also have it based on Topic Replies, so you can set only topics to be pruned that have 0 replies but leave any topics with at least 1 reply still listed

Re: Resizing the display of avatars in prosilver

Don't understand why you are talking about changing any CSS to show avatars as 90x90px in posts? Just go into the Admin CP and set avatar size listed under attachments as 90px x 90px for both min and max size. Then people can only use 90px square avatars uploaded, which will all be shown that size i...

Looks nice and you even did a nice job with the new look of the editor changes to suit the theme.

Nothing to pick at really, I hope this becomes a reality and you get some help with doing it faster
