Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

I'll just echo what has already been said: developing mobile first is an industry standard. If things are done/developed properly it should look fine on desktop as well with some possible adjustments. Agree. Stats now on website visits tend to show more users are coming on mobile devices, than ther...

Re: Auto prune a forum based on Topic replies

How would you deal with, say, Announcements that are posted in a forum and then locked so that there are no replies - would it still be a requirement to purge these? No. That slipped my mind that some settings don't prune like Sticky, Polls or Announcements, that might be locked for no replies. I c...

Auto prune a forum based on Topic replies

There is an option with any new forum you create to use the auto-prune feature for that forum. But, the only auto prune options you have is to remove topics based on View Age or Last Post age. Can somebody make an extension mod so it also adds the option to auto prune a forum based on Topic Replies,...

Question about auto pruning forum feature

You can set a forum up to auto prune topics based on "Last Viewed Age or Age of Topic posted". Why is there no option to also have it based on Topic Replies, so you can set only topics to be pruned that have 0 replies but leave any topics with at least 1 reply still listed

Re: Resizing the display of avatars in prosilver

Don't understand why you are talking about changing any CSS to show avatars as 90x90px in posts? Just go into the Admin CP and set avatar size listed under attachments as 90px x 90px for both min and max size. Then people can only use 90px square avatars uploaded, which will all be shown that size i...

Re: [DEV] [OFFICIAL] CODENAME: Chameleon

Looks nice and you even did a nice job with the new look of the editor changes to suit the theme.

Nothing to pick at really, I hope this becomes a reality and you get some help with doing it faster

To be honest, it's ready to use.
I'm just waiting for 3.2.3
So where is the download for phpBB 3.2.3. The download link in the first post doesn't even work

Re: [3.2][BETA] Poll on Index

Yeah, I understand that. Which is why I made the core edit now to use it proper with two polls on index testing. When you say there was a problem with "animation", why the core file edit was needed to ajax. Do you mean when you have not voted and click the button to "show results". If you had two po...

Re: [3.2][BETA] Poll on Index

So you have updated the extension on Github now. And you can actually make that CORE file edit to the ajax file with Prosilver theme to work proper with multiple poles displayed on index page before phpBB 3.2.4 comes out, if don't want to wait for it being done in that version later? As phpBB 3.2.4 ...

Re: [3.2][BETA] Poll on Index

I have noticed something though. If you have a guest forum added and allow guests to create and vote on polls on that forum, along with start topics and post replies. While they can cast a vote from the thread itself on the vote poll, or reply to it with a post, they cannot vote from the index page...

Re: [3.2][BETA] Poll on Index

Very nice, good idea as well to show a vote poll on index page. I have noticed something though. If you have a guest forum added and allow guests to create and vote on polls on that forum, along with start topics and post replies. Re: i think it maybe a htaccess problem

i have switched webhosting providers And domain by the looks of it. Your cookie domain is showing europeanmir.net and it should be .totalmxmadness.co.uk , note the leading dot. See Knowledge Base - Fixing incorrect cookie settings . A question about that. I looked at the cookie setting for my phpBB...

Re: Spammers Via Contact Form

Ironically, because of GDPR there is often now no way of getting a tech contact email address for a website since the WHOIS data is subject to mandatory blocking. Yeah, I know what you mean in that. Since this GDRP came along. Now both NameCheap and GoDaddy (I think it is) are since offering ...
