Re: Anti Double Post

@Théonaute First: Thanks for this gread MOD! Maybe it would help if you add a separate "V2.0.x Readme" file with the ADP 1.x/2.x forum-based changes. I was also one of those who searched for the missing ACP module... :? Another question: will there be a version with a "apply to all forums" button? Y...

Re: [RELEASE] mTheme- iPhone/Mobile Optimized with device detect

I added a link "Standard Design" in the footer. The link should look like this:
http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?style=x (x=number of your default template)

Re: Force Template from URL Parameter

There is also a downside: if you have a link in the forum to another topic then this link does not contain the style-parameter and the layout switchs back to the default template. Depending on the postet link the opposite could happen (style xy -> default or default -> style xy). As already mentione...

Re: Force Template from URL Parameter

Hi Bob I like to do the same thing! -> "URL dependent template/style" I don't have a solution right now but I found a way to choose a different template with an URL parameter: Just add "?style=1" or "&style=1" to your URL. You have to try /forum/index.php?style=1 /forum/index.php?style=2 /forum/inde...

Re: ACP Announcement Centre

@lefty74: 1. Contrags: very cool mod!! *I like it* 2. The guest announcement is (as already stated different times) a little bit confusing. First I made the same mistake as the other users. I guess it would be much easier if: a) "Show Site Announcement to:" shows the options "Everyone", "Groups" and...

Re: Custom profile field (Boolean (Yes/No)), question

This is the code on the index page to get the data out of the DB and pass it to the index_body template: index page: // Shoutbox on/off? $shoutbox_status = ''; $sql = 'SELECT pf_shoutbox FROM ' . PROFILE_FIELDS_DATA_TABLE . " WHERE user_id = " . $user->data['user_id']; $result = $db->sql_query($sql)...

Re: [TUTORIAL]Utilizing each Custom Profile Field

Ok, I found a way:
Now I do a sql query in index.php and pass the result as a variable to index_body.html.

Re: Custom profile field (Boolean (Yes/No)), question

As I wrote: {PROFILE_SHOUTBOX_VALUE} also shows nothing. Do I need something like a <!-- BEGIN PROFILE --> to access/show the values? Or do I have to include this peace of code in index.php (it's from memberlist.php): // Custom Profile Fields $profile_fields = array(); if ($config['load_cpf_viewprof...

Re: Custom profile field (Boolean (Yes/No)), question

Unfortunally not... Have you tried it yourself?

I put your code into "index_body.html":

Code: Select all

...
<!-- IF PROFILE_SHOUTBOX_VALUE === "Ein" -->
     <!-- INCLUDE shout_body.html -->
<!-- ENDIF -->

<!-- INCLUDE forumlist_body.html -->
...
{PROFILE_SHOUTBOX_VALUE} also shows nothing.

Re: Custom profile field (Boolean (Yes/No)), question

I really tried everything I could but without success. Just to remember: I need the custom profile field on the index page (index_body.html)!
