Re: PHP Warning in ACP after updating to 3.2.4 and to PHP 7.2

Please fill out the Support Request Template and post it back here to enable us to assist you better. My understanding is that phpBB will not support PHP 7.2 until phpBB 3.3 (https://area51.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=52691#p305376) That is actually incorrect. phpBB 3.2 supports PHP 7.2 since 3....

Known issues in 3.2.4

After the release of phpBB 3.2.4 we've noticed an issue that can affect users with extensions that employ the generate_text_for_display() function.
A fix for this can be found on Github and will be included in the 3.2.5 release:

Re: PhPBB 3.24 BUG??

That sounds a lot like a false positive. I don't think we changed anything in all these files that could result in them suddenly showing this issue and that's obviously not even closely related to the security issue that was fixed in 3.2.4.

Re: Silent Installation Failure on Mac OS X

I assume your web server setup seems to work, otherwise you would probably not make it to the page for entering the database details. When you say no errors are logged, do you mean in the PHP error log or somewhere else? Also, have you tried enabling the developer tools in your browser and checked w...

Re: Fatal Error in updating full 3.2.3 package after trying auto update

It sounds like you're missing the vendor folder or parts of the vendor folder. Make sure you fully uploaded all files.

Re: SoftException in Application.cpp:641: Could not execute script

That's not an error that shows up usually and is not triggered by phpBB itself. It seems like your hoster is blocking the execution of the phpBB script. Most probable causes of this can be some artificial load limit that they're enforcing.

Re: 500 error updating and also debug error shown

It looks like not files were properly uploaded to your server prior to trying to running the update process. Try again and make sure that all files are properly uploaded.

The recommend way of updating was actually changed with 3.2.3. You will not be able to see this until the 3.2.4 update though.

Introduction Check requirements Set installation data Update files Update database I start with Introduction, then click my only option "Update".
