Try opening up styles/*/theme/common.css and search for #wrapper. Change it's width (width: %px) to whatever you want it to be set at. Then go to ACP -> Styles -> Theme -> Refresh your theme.

I also have absolutely no idea what theme you are using--perhaps that will help me out, although I don't know why someone would release a theme that has text on it like that. (I could rant on how the theme directories are being polluted by some pretty horrible themes, but I don't feel like doing so).
