Re: Events not working

Are you saying that you just created a single file? If so that is not how template events work - they need to be in and extension.

I did it exactly according to your instructions.
Have a new folder made and then uploaded but unfortunately did not work. Can you help me?
What did not work?

Show me a screen shot of where you uploaded the files to.

Why on Earth the auto-updater will work for 3.2.0 → 3.2.2 and not for 3.2.0 → 3.2.1 is something that has not been clearly explained.
There is nothing to explain. There is a bug in the 3.2.1 Auto updater which will probably be fixed in the 3.2.2 updater.

Re: Discuss: phpBB 3.2.1 released

Please show me the extension that puts a slider into the header, or puts unique graphics on the registration page. They do not exist, ergo my own edits were required. There is at least one slider extension around - whether it does what you want is another matter. Without stating the obvious - if yo...

Am I correct that it is impossible to perform the upgrade without having browser access to either the Administrator Control Panel ...
Yes and no. You can perform any update using CLI, but that does necessitate you having shell access which I would guess that you do not have.

Re: Is this user reputation system mod only for prosilver?

So back when that thread was popping, could only prosilver forums install that mod or could forums of any template install that mod? That mod has been abandoned so it is anybody's guess as to whether it works or not with any template and also support for the phpBB 3.0 branch ceased at the start of ...

Also if I upgrade do I have to use FTP
Asking that question suggests that you may have used your hosts "one-click" install and if that is the case then you may only be able to upgrade using their system - something that is not recommended here.

Re: How to add "noindex" tag to a specific post/page

Put it in its own forum with no bot access.

If the post is already on your board then it is probably too late anyway as the bots will have already found it.

Probably safer if I add the /ext folder to the backup list then.
No point - there should not be any changes to those files - so you would be able to use a fresh copy of the files in a worst case scenario.

Any ideas how to fix the forum for atm that can be accessible.
Disable the extension - it is tagged as being DEV and, as such, should not be bing used on a live board.
