You are still avoiding my question Jim.

Are you telling me that the programming is intentionally written to disallow someone from selecting the default values? Soley 100% for the purpose of avoiding spam?

You are not answering my question. I know what the purpose is. My question is a technical reason why the default value is not accepted. That answer doesnt help me. I read it too but it doesnt explain how the default value is rejected or why the default value is rejected.

Stupid Question for you

I did the drop down thing for anti spam with yes no. Heres the stupid question......... Why won't the registration process accept yes from the drop down menu? Nobody elaborated on that fine point. i found out that if you go to USER control panel you can change local time sucessfully.

Ok successful install and install directory is removed. Do I need to go back and remove permissions on any files? I didnt see it in the read me.

general error page pops up with module not accessible after fresh install of phpbb3. I presume this is where I need to go to customize page layout.
