The text would normally say...

Font size 1 = Smallest font size
Font size 2 = Medium font size
Font size 3 = Normal font size (post body etc)

In Forum Permissions (Advanced), set View to "All" and Post (as well as Reply if you like) to "private". That's pretty odd...any suggestion as to what file this line is appearing in? I couldn't find it in login.php, login_body.tpl, or overalll_header.tpl. What other files could this line be coming from that only affects the login page? And thanks lilywhite for finding this line, helps a lot getting thi...

well the problem still persists...we've just been using login box on the index page in order to have users log in. I've tried playing with the cookie settings, and completely broke everything. Thanks to the KB article on restoring default cookie settings I was able to save myself many a panic attack...

Well I've been trying to fix another issue with users logging in, and ended up springing up a new problem. In a blonde moment, I enabled "Cookie secure" in the config section of the admin panel.
