Re: Categories Hierarchy

Hi, ChriZathens, This usually reflects that the original database encoding is not the same that the destination database, sometimes due to phpmyadmin version difference. So ensure your both database has the exact same definition (encoding, server/client encoding, table encoding, text field encoding)...

> mojavemark: you are just supposed to copy the install_cal/ directory (directory included :)) into your board root. The install should start itself, redirecting you to http://your_board.url/install_cal/install.php

Re: [07/02/07] Visual Confirmation (CAPTCHA)

*_im_prefs is not a table linked to this mod, so it has to come from something else, maybe a local script version that wasn't matching your online script version (im probably stands for instant messanger, if this can help).

Re: [2.0.6] Simply Merge Threads

Honestly, I really can figure how a post would be deleted: the merge process is very straight away for the posts: update of the topic_id on the posts table. Have you attempted to find it in the database (posts_text & posts tables) to check its topic_id ?

Re: [2.0.6] Simply Merge Threads

As the posts are re-oredered within the destination topic by post id, maybe they are "lost" in the previous pages ?

Re: Categories Hierarchy

1- Yes, the whole content of the root/ directory from the mod package (eg you don't copy the root/ directory itself, but its content), 2- AFTER, ADD means add on a new line after the full line containing the searched quote, eg the searched quote is suffisant to find the full line, 3- You can go with...

Re: Topic Calendar (regular phpBB edition)

er... I don't know what you did with the mod, but this is not due to the basic version at least: the mod generates one query to get the forums authorised, one query to catch the topics, and one query to catch the depending informations (first post text + author of the first post text). Sorry to ask,...

Re: Topic Calendar (regular phpBB edition)

Actually the code I posted replace entirely the original mod, so you may want to drop the original to install this one. What I have put in page_/overall_header only reflects the test I've done: you can skip this part ;). I didn't look at the styles.* (.php + .html) as you said you didn't use them.
