Well, unless you want to loose your board, the only thing I can think for you to do is to re-make the phpbb_config table manually. :?

Do you have access to phpMyAdmin, you should be able to back up your database there. The only difference is that when you restore the database you may have to do it from phpMyAdmin rather than the phpBB admin panel.

Thanks.

I think the auto-group mod on mods.db9.dk should work. :D

Setting some permissions

Hello, I'm not quite sure how to set my permissions up in a certain way. Basically, all I want to do is create a usergroup which has limited rights. I want all members to be able to use the forums as normal except this one group. The thing is, the only way I can think to do it is to create the restr...

Staff colour in viewtopic

Hi. I've just installed the mod which shows the colour of a staff members name in viewforum.php but I was wondering if there was sucha mod available to allow this colour to be displayed in viewtopic.php as well. I also wondered if it could ever be compatible with the super moderators hack? Hope so. ...

From the admin panel go to Forum Permissions and select a forum. You can choose who can do certain things in there.

Your email settings are obviously not correct. Go to the email section of the general configuration area and check that your settings are correct. :)

Your host has to support these things for you to be able to use them. If they do not support PHP and mySQL you cannot use them.

If you have control over the server however, you can get PHP from php.net and mySQL from mySQL.com. :D

Your host should have this information, unless you set it up yourself.

Also, you don't need to bump a topic after three minutes. :)

Please do not bump a topic after only seven minutes.

You must have PHP and mySQL to install phpBB. A step by step instruction guide comes in the download. :D

Admin colour

Hi,

I was just wondering if it is possible to change the default admin colour to red without it also changing the text colour of the main table header text.

Thanks.
