Well it worked but now it doesn't, I don't understand why, unless if you change something in the admin CP it affects the header, does anyone know?

1.Go into your ftp program, open the phpBB2 (or whereever you installed phpBB)
2.Rightclick on the install folder and choose delete
3.Rightclick on the contrib folder and again choose delete.

Done!

Perhaps you could include an MySQL installer? I know it's not that hard to install mySQL tables manually but for newbies it might be easier.
