Re: Upgrade from 3.1.10 to 3.2.0 issue - categories covered in images

The board CSS has been changed so your browser needs to be given the ability to use the new CSS. :) You rock. Thank you! I had actually tried clearing the 'cache' folder on my sites, but that didn't work. I ...

Upgrade from 3.1.10 to 3.2.0 issue - categories covered in images

I have included a screenshot. Both sites have the same, identical issue....

Re: [RC] mChat

Tried deleting all files in cache folder except for index.html and .htaccess but, sadly, it didn't help. Of course, the cache rapidly fills up again. Was I supposed to disable mChat or even the whole board whilst doing this? Was I supposed to re-install mChat with the cache cleared or anything? Dis...

Re: [RC] mChat

Alright guys I updated after a long time on my local test forum to the latest 2.0.0 RC5 version. Since it's been quite some time I don't have full confidence that I did the update procedure right so I'll state what I did here stepwise to update: i. Disabled extension. ii. Deleted extension data (vi...

Re: [RC] mChat

It did not delete any of the messages in the mChat chat box. To prevent deleting all messages by accident you also need to check the checkbox below the button. Ahh, ok. I will look again and test it. Thank you. :) Tested and verified. In order to delete all current messages in the chat box, you mus...

Re: [RC] mChat

Kasimi, is this directed at me? Are you wanting me to make this adjustment to see if links will start showing up for other users in mChat? Yes, it will display posts for other users again. There will be an updated download shortly. Excellent! Many thanks! I will make the adjustment now, then report...

Re: [RC] mChat

Something else I just tried. Under Global Settings, at the bottom I clicked the Delete All Messages Now button. I assumed this would delete all the current messages in my mChat chat window, correct? It did not delete any of the messages in the mChat chat box. If this button is supposed to do somethi...

Re: [RC] mChat

It's always best to delete the folder after disabling extension and deleting cache, otherwise files could linger that should be removed in newer versions. Only after RC4 was it no longer necessary to delete data when upgrading. So if you went from RC3 to RC5 you had to delete data to avoid strange ...
