A scroll-able (is that a word) signature would be the solution. Those who follow the rule will have it normally, and those with it bigger than the set size, would have it with a scrollbar =)

Maybe I missed something. But what is the advantage when you have the sig's in a frame? Users can still have their big signatures, without messing with the board layout. My users like to have huge images, and I'm tired of editing and asking them to remove, and I dont want to punish the ones that do...
