I changed the database. The old one was a very old version (MySQL 5.0.92-50-log), now it's working well using MySQL 5.7.43-47-log
Apparently this was a must!
Possible?

Thankyou, but I made everithing from the beginning: backup of the board backup of the database elimination of some files in the new release cancel cache and vendors from the site upload new files run the installation... Well this, in the end, worked as expected!!! I don't know why it was not working...

You didn't fix anything , you turned off the logging for warning and notices. This is absolutely true! The problem is that nobody (apparently) can repair my troubles! I'm waiting... Where? In my ACP has no sense, of course...
Probably I understood! You mean inside my UCP of this site. In fact the "Board Preferences" had 'Users can contact me' > No. Probably this was the trouble.
