That type of display is symptomatic of a problem with the loading of .css files.
Thanks David, will get into the guts of stuff. Much appreciated.

What did I break? Adm looking weird

Not 100% sure where to go with this. http://i.imgur.com/civmY1g.png Panel does this randomly. No reason. I want to assume it's my hoster. When it happens my site is WAY un-responsive and takes forever to load. Site is fine, everything works except the adm like it's supposed to. What did I break? Any...

Re: Extension testing: Ran into a file error (support based not ext based)

ok, seems you have norrowed it down. exactly how did you upgrade? the best and really proper way to upgrade is the full file replacement except for the config.php file. if you did not do that, then do it again like that. download the full version of 3.2.0 from here. ( not the auto update version ) ...

Re: Extension testing: Ran into a file error (support based not ext based)

are you sure that the extensions are for 3.2 ? not all 3.1 extensions work with 3.2 have you disabled the extensions, then deleted the data, then removed the extension from the server and then started over with the proper version files etc. robert Yes for 3.2, yes I have gone through and disabled, ...

Re: [3.2][RC] Knowledge Base

It seems you're missing this definition in config/default/container/services_notification.yml . Hmmmm. Shouldn't that be available in the default base file? Also, should I be asking in this topic or a support topic about "manually" installing the forum software files to make sure I have everything ...

Re: Extension testing: Ran into a file error

Asking the same thing in two topics isn't going to help you get this sorted any quicker. For what it's worth un-validated extensions shouldn't be installed onto a live forum for this exact reason. I asked in this topic Is it possible when I upgraded it didn't get everything? What would be the best ...

Re: [3.2][RC] Knowledge Base

Try replacing the file with a fresh copy from the 3.2 download. The service is defined the exact same way as the board rules extension, so I know it's right. Edit: I don't use the board rules extension, so I'm going to try installing it and go from there as well. Alright, now we're getting somewher...

Re: Extension testing: Ran into a file error

I did. The response I got was here: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=456&t=2400106&start=45#p14714941 I assured him the file present, and he cannot reproduce the error. I wanted to make sure I had the correct file and not a missed file due to a bad upgrade. Here are the contents of th...

[Solved] Extension testing: Ran into a file error (support based not ext based)

I ran into this file error when extension testing. Is it possible when I upgraded it didn't get everything? If it didn't get everything, what would be the best approach in making sure all the files are uploaded properly, without having to redo the upgrade process? Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Sy...

Re: [3.2][RC] Knowledge Base

I can't reproduce this. Can you give more information about your environment? Let me make sure my upgrade went like it was supposed to. I'm going to ask for advice fixing the error phpbb side first. I hope it's just a missing or obsolete file. Edit: The reason I am saying this, I was one of those p...

Re: [3.2][RC] Knowledge Base

Are you sure the \phpbb\notification\type\base file exists? class article_in_queue extends \phpbb\notification\type\base Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\RuntimeException' with message 'The parent definition "notification.type.base" defined for defini...

Re: [3.2][RC] Knowledge Base

Well ill check it out. Thank you for being on top of things. I have to assume this is a unique situation. Thank you for taking the time to find a fix that is compatible for folks that don't follow the cookie cutter lifestyle  Edit: Ok, throwing me a 500 server error, had to pull all files excep...

Re: Question/Problem concerning default roles

OK, then right now, how would I add the role to mimic the default user role? I honestly didn't like, or want it, but now it seems for testing purposes I have to have it. So what should I do in this situation?

He apparently has uploaded a fix will check it out now.

Re: Custom Index Page

Have you tried using the pages extension?

I used your html template, posted it into the pages extension with a custom template and whipped this up in 1 minute.
