No guests account for total users

In total there are 0 users online :: 0 Registered, 0 Hidden and 0 Guests

my forum: http://douya.com/bbs/

It does not diaplay any guests on the board, wondering why?
currently I just delete some unneed posts and unactive users, will this effect it and how to overcome it?

Thanx
