Curiously enough, I've tried all ways of cookie configuration and none leaves any cookie on my or my users' machines, so we're all required to log in every time we open the board. This started just after a recovery from the NoSanityWorm, a few days ago, despite repeated cash and cookies cleaning.

It's probably too big to be restored all at once. Have you tried going to phpmyadmin and copying and pasting it in the run sql part. That's what I had to do. Does this mean it's of no importance that the backup hasn't been made through phpmyadmin? Although, the hosting provider saw the backup file ...

it contains only two errors, but quite a lot of NULLs, many of which are NOT NULLs...

Then please contact them first. It's been four days, during which I had several contacts with the hosting provider support. However, they only managed to make things even worse (crushing the server and loosing the rest of my site, which I'll upload myself from my own backup...) As concerns the phpB...

Hi, I have followed the procedure in backing up and restoring the database as instructed here http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article.php?article_id=9 However, all I got was a "No file was uploaded" message at the end of the restore process. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me complete the rest...
