Re: Login Session Expires After Closing Site

For some reason some of my users still have this problem. When they log in they are logged out automatically again. For some it works though after deleting cookies. Cookie Domain: .indy-gaming.com Cookie Name: phpbb_yhi3n Cookie Path: / Is there anything else they can do/delete besides cookies in th...

Mick wrote:Have you tried, before trying to log in, clicking "Delete all board cookies" at the bottom of your board? You could also try renaming your cookie to something unique like phpbb_yhi3n.
Will do that when the issues comes up again. So far it hasn't logged me out since my last post here.

Re: Login Session Expires After Closing Site

Now I can't log in anymore. Again, I haven't changed anything now. :?

Just deleted all cookies for the site in my Firefox and I can log in again.
I changed the cookie settings again like you told me earlier. Will leave it like that for a bit longer to watch the bahaviour of the log-in session.

Re: Login Session Expires After Closing Site

I did test it with the new cookie setting but it didn't work so I changed it back. Like I said, no one has changed anything the past days. This issue just started happening for me when I uninstalled and deleted all my Firefox files and installed a fresh version again. PS: It seems to be working now ...

Re: Login Session Expires After Closing Site

Your Cookie domain: is showing www.indy-gaming.com and it should be .indy-gaming.com (note the leading dot) Fixing incorrect cookie settings Nope, no change at all. I doubt it's site related because no one has changed anything. It must be something with my Firefox but I already deleted cookies and ...

Login Session Expires After Closing Site

For some reason every time I close my site I have to log in again. I had this issues a few years ago already but can't remember how I fixed it. It was fine ever since. However, some days ago I uninstalled my Firefox (deleted everything) and re-installed it again. Also, checking the "Log me in a...

Re: Group Legend Positioning

JeRicHoOL: Check to see if you have the group_legend_pos column in the phpbb_groups table. It looks like you didn't get the SQL changes in without errors. It is in the phpBB_groups table. :? I also deleted group_legend_pos and entered the SQL command again but still the same error. I really hope yo...
