Group Permissions - View

Is it possible to have my category's and sections setup so that users & guests can see a category but they cannot read posts within this category but special groups can?

Is this possible and if so how?

Is it possible for guests & users to actually see a category but they are not aloud to view topics in it?
And another group that i made can? Is this possible?

Is there any other way to delete a thread/Post without actually going to that post link?

All suggestions are appreciated.
