No limits any more unless I add them!

I'm now on a vps

because the lady asked to be removed from the mailing list. (forum) tried to find her user and could not but found her email in the DB when i looked.

I do not, only have the email address and they wish to be taken off the DB

i put the email in the "find member" section and no member name come up but the email is in the db

can i run an sql to remove an email from my DB someone has requested to be removed but they are not or are no longer a member on my forum and wish to remove thier email?

A mailing list does not work for the forum emails,

Anyone know of a host with a high email sending limit?

Does anyone know of any hots with high email sending limits? my current host is 100 per hour and unlimited on a announcement list but this is no good really for my forum?
